Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your AIGymLabs - Workouts account and everything stored with it. It applies to the mobile app and to aigymlabs.com.

Google Play and the App Store require this page to exist and to be readable without installing the app. The full detail of what we hold and why is in the Privacy Policy, at https://aigymlabs.com/privacy

Delete it from inside the app

This is immediate, and it is the route we recommend.

  1. Open AIGymLabs - Workouts.
  2. Go to More  Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice. The second prompt is deliberate  deletion cannot be undone.

Your account is removed from our identity provider, and every workout stored on the phone is erased before the app returns you to the sign-in screen.

Ask us instead

If you cannot reach the app  you have lost the device, or you can no longer sign in  email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted.

We need the request to come from the account's own email address, because that is the only way we can tell it is really you. We do not ask for anything else, and we will never ask for your password.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, name if your sign-in provider gave us one, and your account identifier.
  • Your training data: profile, goal, experience level, equipment, body weight, plans, sessions, every logged set, and any notes you wrote.
  • Anything held on the device is erased from the device.

Deleted accounts are removed from our live systems promptly and purged from backups within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Server logs  IP address, page or endpoint requested, app and device version  for 90 days, for security and abuse prevention. These are not linked to a deleted account.
  • Anything a law obliges us to retain, for as long as it obliges us. We are not aware of any such obligation applying to training data.

We do not keep a shadow copy of your training history, and there is nothing to restore afterwards. If you want your data, export or record it before you delete the account.

If you subscribed

There is no paid subscription in AIGymLabs - Workouts today. If that changes, deleting your account will not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google  those are managed in the App Store or Play Store, because we never handle the billing. Cancel it there as well.
